With over 30 years' experience working in senior management and leadership roles in SME and Global Multi-National corporations, our Principal Consultant can provide advice and consultancy on all talent management, change initiatives, organisation design, designing talent management tools and processes, support recruitment of top talent, manage employee performance management issues on an ad-hoc or project basis.

 

Alternatively, if you need to strengthen your HR team or HR capability for a defined period of time, we can step in on an interim basis in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Director capacity. Ultimately, we aim to offer flexibility and will work with you to discuss your specific needs.

 

 02  What about Executive Coaching?

Our Managing Director and Principal Consultant is a qualified Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor and has been coaching people in management, leadership and executive roles for over 10 years.

 03  What training do you offer?

We offer a range of half-day and one-day training workshops aimed at first line managers or newly promoted managers with responsibility for leading people.

 

The workshops are interactive and with real play, scenario-based simulations and real time coaching and mentoring of participants.

 

We can also work with you to design bespoke training workshops or modular programmes to support longer term development following the 70:20:10 model.
